A whole-building refurbishment of Al Moza School awarded by Estco, and currently the largest active refurbishment package on our books at AED 40 million. Located in Al Shahama, with Arcal as consultant, the scope spans full mechanical, electrical, finishing and external-works replacement.
Programmed over 14 months between March 2025 and April 2026, with access planned around the academic calendar to keep the school in operation through the works.
