From the Managing Director
The pages that follow are a record. Twenty-two years of building in Abu Dhabi — the projects we are proud of, the standards we keep, and the people who make the work possible.
Uruk was founded in Abu Dhabi in 2004 with a simple intent: to build well, to finish on time, and to be the kind of contractor a client will call again. Two decades later that intent has not changed.
We have delivered residential villas for ruling family members and private clients, refurbished public schools across the Emirate, completed framework maintenance agreements for Musanada, and most recently completed the Baniyas Car Showroom at ICAD V — a project we treat as a benchmark for what we are now capable of.
Our classification is Category First under the Department of Municipalities and Transport, with two activities: building contracting and metal structures. Our team is small enough to know every site personally, and experienced enough to manage projects of meaningful scale.
