A pair of identical commercial towers built for Mr. Saleem Al Hannae on plot RD21-C31, Madinat Al Riyad. Awarded under Abu Dhabi Commercial Engineering (ADCE). The towers carry retail and F&B at ground and mezzanine, with offices above and basement parking.
Delivered in 21 months as a single main-contractor package, twinned through a shared on-site logistics plan to keep the programme tight.
