Built as main contractor for Baniyas Car Establishment at the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi, Plot 1109. The brief called for a flagship-grade automotive retail environment — daylit display halls, a triple-height arched entry, integrated office accommodation and a full lighting installation tuned to the colour temperature of the cars on display.
Delivered on a 17-month programme through August 2023 — January 2025. Awarded by Makan Consultants. Contract value AED 41,250,000.
