The brief called for a classical white-stone elevation in the Emirati neoclassical idiom — balconied first floor, colonnaded ground floor, and proportions calibrated for a Gulf summer.
Delivered over 24 months as a turnkey new-build, including external works and the surrounding compound infrastructure.
